Privacy Choices

A public route for account deletion and privacy requests. No login is required to read these instructions.

Delete your Planium account

Delete from inside the app

Sign in to Planium.
Open Settings.
Open the account section and select Delete Account.
Review the deletion summary and confirm Delete my account.

What deletion removes

Account identity and login records, workspace state, owned uploads in private Cloudflare R2 storage, owned shared cards and projects, invitations, friend requests and links, messages, push registrations, AI image usage, motivation-claim history, and active verification or reset records are deleted. Planium also removes you from collaborator lists on content owned by someone else and clears the Planium cache on the device used for deletion.

OpenAI permission and blocked accounts

In Settings, open Zenith AI privacy to allow or withdraw permission for Planium to send prompts and relevant workspace context to OpenAI. Withdrawing permission stops new third-party AI requests without deleting your workspace. In Friends, open Requests & invites to review and unblock accounts you previously blocked.

Other privacy requests

To ask for access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or help deleting an account you cannot access, email privacy@myplanium.com. Planium may need to verify that you control the account before acting on a request.

Limited exceptions

A narrowly limited record may be kept only when required for law, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or enforcement. Processor copies follow the provider’s own retention obligations. Content another user independently copied outside Planium cannot be recalled through account deletion.
